Privacy Policy

This document defines the policy of the Pilates studio «Pilates. Body. Home» (hereinafter – the Operator) regarding the processing of personal data and compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data».

1. General provisions

1.1. The Operator’s primary goal is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This policy applies to all personal data that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://pilatesbodyhome.ru (hereinafter – the Site).

2. Personal data processed by the Operator

2.1. The Operator processes the following categories of personal data:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• email address;
• data provided by the user in messages via booking forms and messengers.

2.2. The Site also collects and processes anonymised data about visitors (using Yandex and Google Analytics counters) to improve the operation of the site.

3. Purposes of personal data processing

3.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• arranging registration for trial and regular Pilates classes;
• providing information about the studio’s services upon user request;
• sending informational and advertising messages (only with separate consent);
• improving the quality of service and analysing site traffic.

4. Legal grounds for processing

4.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

• the user’s consent expressed by ticking a box in the booking form on the Site;
• contractual relations with the client (offer for the provision of services);
• requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Procedure and conditions for processing

5.1. The Operator takes necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution.

5.2. Personal data is processed using automation tools or without them (on paper).

5.3. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except as provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or when the user expressly consents to such transfer (for example, to send notifications via messengers).

5.4. The processing period for personal data is no more than 3 years from the moment of the last interaction, unless otherwise provided by the contract or law. Upon expiration of the term, the data is destroyed.

6. Rights of the personal data subject

6.1. The user has the right to:

• receive information about the personal data being processed;
• request clarification, blocking or destruction of their data if it is incomplete, outdated or processed illegally;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by notifying the Operator in writing;
• appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor).
